Reducing the heat a little, add some of the contents like galangal, fish sauce, lime juice, red chilli, chilli paste in soy bean oil and shallots. Then you have to add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for a long time.

Now the chicken or shrimp is to be added and is to be cooked on a high flame, but not to be stirred. When the shrimp or chicken is done, keep the heat on for 2 minutes more. Ingredients in au gratin potatoes Recipe

1 Tbsp butter or margarine

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp flour

2 cups fat-free milk

2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced

1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Heat oven to 375. Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion begins to brown (about 5 minutes). Stir in flour. Add milk slowly, stirring. Add potatoes, stir to mix. Bring to a boil. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheese, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread out. Bake for 1 hour uncovered. Cover and bake until potatoes are fork tender, about 20 minutes more. Change oven temperature to broil. Sprinkle remaining cheese over potatoes and broil 6 inches from the heating element until the cheese is golden brown (about 1 – 2 minutes). Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Add grated cheese to the top of the potatoes and bake for 3 to 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Add 4 teaspoons snipped fresh sage to sauce. Substitute crumbled blue cheese for Parmesan cheese.Each serving: 238 cal., 10 g total fat (4 g sat.

Stir and scrape the bottom of the pot occasionally to prevent sticking or burning. A thick-bottomed pot will help here.

Bake in a moderate oven (350F, 180C, Mark 4) until golden. Bake 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours until potatoes are almost tender and liquid mostly absorbed. Uncover; bake 20 to 30 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and potatoes are browned and moist. Bake, uncovered, for another 20 to 25 minutes, until the potatoes have turned a golden brown, spotted with darker, crisp area. But do not wait until most of the cream has broken down into clear, foamy butterfat.

Bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese, and bake another 30 minutes or until the cheese melts. Bake in 375 degree oven about 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.

Layer slices in buttered casserole. Melt butter in medium saucepan and stir in flour until mixture is smooth. Layer one quarter of the sliced potatoes, 1/4 of the onion, 1/4 of the cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat the next layer. Layer one fourth of potatoes and one fourth of onion in bottom of slow cooker. Top with one fourth of soup mixture.

Layer in a 3 qt. Pour the saved broth back on top until almost completly covered and sprinkle with grated parm.

Pour the whipping cream over potatoes. Pour half the milk mixture over the potatoes. Arrange the remaining potatoes in baking dish, and pour the remaining milk mixture over the potatoes.

Sprinkle half of the cheese over potatoes. Sprinkle the surface with the shredded Gruyere. Place the baking dish on a cookie sheet to catch any overflow during cooking.Recipe

Step One – Flour mixture

For this you will need about 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Create a mixture of 5-6 cups multipurpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir up well and throw in the nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. Stir again until the mixture is homogeneous.
